- Available output signal: 1Vpp or TTL A/B Quadrature.
- Available Resolutions: 1.0, 0.5, 0.1 or 0.05µm.
- Choice of reference marker: One point anywhere on scale, periodic (marker every 40mm), or Distance-Coded Reference Markers.
