Bi-directional head rotation supports the optimal head control, reducing date to a small percentage of other gantry systems.

The component range of the Planet head allows placement of devices from 01005's to 1"^2. Fine pitch leads and balls are well within it's capability.

Featuring an IPC9850 speed of 20,734CPH in a short 4' length the F130AI offers great capacity with a minimum of floor space. Devices < 0402's run the IPC9850 test at virtually the same speed as 1608's while providing 3D component analysis.

Utilizing affordable carts and feeders, sub-30 minute change-over is common.
